“Personal Training is exactly what it says on the tin – tailored exercise. Every single body is unique. To witness clients who start out with zero body confidence and resultant low self-esteem begin to find their strength, increase mobility, and become empowered through building a functionally fit and capable body is an incredibly rewarding experience. The Woods Wellness Centre is an inspiring vision and adds the opportunity for a fully collaborative approach towards client care. I am delighted I can be part of what is being offered to enable clients to feel strong, move well and live fully.”
